CONSISTENCY, PROGRESSION, INTELLIGENT TRAINING

We meet twice a week - Wednesdays at 7 PM for faster-paced sessions and Saturdays at 9:00 AM for tempo or long-run workouts, tailored to upcoming races.

Consistency is our foundation, with practices held year-round, season after season. We use advanced training principles, periodization, and a long term approach to building a foundation.

Our specialty is structured training that minimizes injury and burnout. Distance running is equal parts science, strategy, and art - and we balance all three!
